Marsh Education

NEW 2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR

VIRTUAL SHARING TAILS

Vision: Arizonans appreciate, respect and protect native Arizona fishes
Mission: Educate Arizona’s children about native Arizona fishes

It’s that simple.

Sharing Tails, Camp Sharing Tails and Sharing Tiny Tails are unique and exciting programs created by local scientist, Carol Pacey. Few if any science programs can reach out to pre-kindergarten up to fifth grade or so, and fewer still do so with information about native Arizona fishes. Sharing Tails supports aspects of the Arizona Science Standards and Arizona’s Common Core Standards English Language Arts per grade level.* Marsh Education encourages students to consider science as a career (STEM), and uses math, reading, writing, and art in all programs.
