Camp Sharing Tails

Camp Sharing Tails is an informal and adaptable elementary school-aged program, teaching from kindergarten up to 5th graders (or so) about native Arizona fishes!

With our Phoenix-metro area and in-person program, we visit students and provide a fun, interactive presentation split into two sessions. Kids meet a fish scientist, learn about native Arizona fishes, and gain an appreciation for our state’s unique natural resources!

Our program does not use live fish as most Arizona fishes are threatened, endangered or Species of Concern, but rather we use life-sized fish models, pictures and creative materials for kids to see and do!

Program time: Approximately 30 min per session
